Owner~Massage Therapist, Mindy Ryzuk, has focued on Massage Therapy since gradting from the Center For Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in 2005. After working in a local spa, Mindy joined Missy & Durga of The Lemon Tree Yoga. Leading into the opening of Mindful Massage in 2007. Now with two locations Mindy  continues to grow her practice at The Lemon Tree, providing Massage Therapy for  Glens Falls, Queesnbury, Saratoga, Lake George and The Adirondack region.
